Origins: Cajamarca region of Peru
Farm: The Peruvian Cenfocafe Association consists of small holder members, meaning the
coffee is produced and sun dried on smaller farms. Cenfocafe then received the properly dried coffee from those farms and picks the best of the small lots (1-4 bags).
Varietals: Typical, caturra & bourbon.
Altitude grown: 1200-1600 meters.
Production Method: Fully washed, smallholder pulped on a farm and then sun dried.
Taste: Medium body consisting of floral, lemon and chocolate.
