And, in return for their support, we push the limits to ensure that our coffees are packaged within 6 hours of roasting – and delivered within 24. In fact, we push the limits on every aspect of our production to better account for variations in quality and flavor from harvest to harvest. In the process that means: internationally-sourced micro lot coffees, rigorous rounds of cupping in accordance with bean qualities, small-batch roasting and more frequent, small-quantity distribution. In the cup that means: a top-quality flavor and freshness that can’t be found anywhere else. We don’t just stop there either. No matter if you are supplied with the greatest coffee in the world, if not prepared correctly, it can lead to a disaster in the cup. We train the baristas with knowledge of the entire process of coffee to effectively prepare a desired cup of coffee. This knowledge includes the correct operation, maintenance and programming of the machine, grinding and tamping methods, extraction times, water temperature and quality, micro milk frothing, free pouring, latte art, roasting, coffee plant cultivation, drying methods, correct storage, renewable methods of disposal, recycling of the coffee and packaging used.
